Located in the peaceful, 24/7 secure "Bali" compound in El Gouna, this villa mirrors Bali's tranquil beauty, and stands out as El Gouna's only 2-bedroom property with a decently sized private pool, offering complete privacy in its patio. A short drive takes you to downtown and the marina for fine dinning, shopping, and water sports on the Red Sea. For added convenience, a large supermarket "Gourmet" is only a few minutes away; this well-stocked mega-store has everything you need for your stay. The villa has a high-speed WiFi. Laundry, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets deliver to your doorstep. - Private Pool and Patio: ∙ The patio is fully fenced, offering complete privacy. It has a large sofa lounge accompanied by two chairs, two chaise lounges and two chairs are located at the edge of the pool to relax on. Also an outdoor dining area enhancing the dining experience by combining the joys of outdoor meals with the soothing presence of water. ∙ The decent-sized pool is heated during winter, and beautifully lit at night, allowing for a relaxing night dip. - Living Space: The spacious, open-plan living area is flooded with natural light, with large sliding glass doors that opens to the patio and pool. This seamless indoor-outdoor design creates a perfect flow, offering a huge, connected living space. It features a comfy L-shaped sofa, a dining table with seating for four, and is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. - Kitchen: Open, fully equipped with all essential cooking tools and utensils, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. - En-suite First Bedroom: Features a double queen size beds, and a full bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. It opens to the patio and pool. - En-suite Second Bedroom: Features a king size bed, and a full bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. A nice zen-garden is visible from both the bedroom and the shower, enhancing the serene Bali-inspired ambiance. - Guest Full Bathroom: Accessible from the patio, providing convenience for showering after a swim, and for use by overnight guests. - Private shaded parking slot is located right at the entrance. Everywhere in the villa I am available to receive any requests or questions that may enhance your stay. I will provide you with tips and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, water sports, and many hidden gems. Additionally, I can assist with recommendations for arranging safaris, boat trips, and rentals for cars, bikes, or bicycles. El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina. Transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna. Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown. Important Notice Before Booking : The pool can be cleaned upon request at your convenience during working hours, with the cleaner accessing the patio for the cleaning process. The heated pool is optional and included in your reservation. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 2 days in advance. The pool temperature is maintained between 26-28°C, in accordance with international standards. Please be aware that on windy or cooler days, the water may feel colder than the set temperature. Please note that the property is located approximately 4 km from El Gouna's center in the Mansions area, accessible via an unpaved road. We recommend that guests have their own vehicle or arrange for a rented transportation.
