The villa has a high-speed WiFi. Laundry, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets deliver to your doorstep.

- Main Terrace/ patio overlooking lagoon:

∙ Includes a generously sized 50 sqm private swimming pool with an integrated built-in jacuzzi, optionally heated upon request in winter and beautifully lit at night.

∙ It has a large built-in L-shaped sofa lounge, an 8-seater dining table, a bar area with sink, a sun deck with 4 sunbeds and a BBQ standing grill.

∙ Outdoor standing shower.

∙ It has a dinning area and a large, cozy lounge seating area.

∙ It is equipped with a 65 inch smart TV provided with Netflix and cable channels.

Open, fully equipped with all essential cooking tools and utensils, including a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, washer, stove, oven, fridge and freezer.

It has two single size beds. It opens to the main terrace overlooking the lagoon.

It has a queen size bed. It opens to the back fenced entrance terrace.

It is accessible by climbing the stairs from the living space.

El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina.

The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot.

There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna.

Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown.

Mixed Egyptian or Arab couples are not allowed to stay together without a marriage certificate. Foreign guests are not required to provide this.

Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.

- The pool can be cleaned upon request at your convenience during working hours ( From 9am till 4pm), with the cleaner accessing the patio for the cleaning process.

- The heated pool is optional and will cost extra 2,000EGP per night. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us at least 2 days in advance.

- The pool temperature is maintained between 26-28°C, in accordance with international standards.

Please be aware that on windy or cooler days, the water may feel colder than the set temperature.
