El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina. The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot. There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna. Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown.
