This spacious, 2-bedroom ground floor apartment is located in Mangroovy, El Gouna’s only sea-front residence. It has a huge garden just steps away from a large swimming pool that includes a Jacuzzi, and is within walking distance to the sea, offering 24-hour free access to both the pool and the beach. The famous marinas of El Gouna are also within walking distance. A supermarket, café, laundry, beauty salon, and an oriental food restaurant are just few steps away within the same residence. The apartment has a high-speed WiFi. Laundry, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets deliver to your doorstep. Mangroovy, Smokery, and Zuni beaches are just a 10-minute walk away, with free access to Mangroovy’s beach, which also features a children’s play park. - Garden/ Terrace: Includes a large dining table, a lounge seating area, a swing, and two large umbrellas for shade. - Living Space: Furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, and a dining table with four high chairs. The space also features a 55-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable channels. -Kitchen: Open, fully equipped with all essential cooking tools and utensils, including a kettle, microwave, sandwich maker, American coffee machine, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine. -En-Suite Bedroom: Features a king-size bed, an armless couch, and a full bathroom with a hair dryer. This room opens directly to the garden and pool area. - Second Bedroom: Contains two single bunk beds (sleeping four). This room opens to the back terrace. -Main Full Bathroom: Serves the second bedroom and the living space, equipped with a hair dryer. - Swimming Pool: It offers free access, and is equipped with chaise lounges and umbrellas for your comfort. The pool features a large Jacuzzi that lies within its area. Everywhere in the apartment I am available to receive any requests or questions that may enhance your stay. I will provide you with tips and recommendations for restaurants, beaches, water sports, and many hidden gems. Additionally, I can assist with recommendations for arranging safaris, boat trips, and rentals for cars, bikes, or bicycles. El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina. The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot. There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna. Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown. Important Note : Please note that Mangroovy doesn’t allow mix groups to stay in the residence in the same apartment.
