The apartment boasts a balcony overlooking a beautiful swimming pool and is within walking distance to the sea, offering 24-hour free access to both the pool and the beach.

The famous marinas of El Gouna are also within walking distance. A supermarket, pharmacy, café, laundry, beauty salon, and a food restaurant are all conveniently located within the residence.

The apartment has a high-speed WiFi. Laundry, pharmacy, restaurants and supermarkets deliver to your doorstep.

Mangroovy, Smokery, and Zuni beaches are just a 5-minute walk away, with free access to Mangroovy’s beach, which also features a children’s play park.

- Balcony:

Overlooking the main pool, the balcony is furnished with a dining table set and a cozy swing, perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.

- Living Space:

Features a large L-shaped sofa bed, a dining table with six chairs, and a 55-inch smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable channels.

The living room opens directly to the balcony, providing a lovely view of the pool.

- Kitchen:

Open, fully equipped with all essential cooking tools and utensils, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, and washing machine.

- En-Suite Bedroom:

Features a queen-size bed and a full bathroom with a wall-mounted hair dryer.

This room opens to a lovely balcony furnished with lounge seating, overlooking the pool.

- Second Bedroom:

Contains two single beds.

- Main Full Bathroom:

Serves the second bedroom and the living space.

- Nanny's/ kids room:

It has a sofa bed and a bathroom.

- Swimming Pool:

It offers free access, and is equipped with chaise lounges and umbrellas for your comfort.

El Gouna is a VIP protected tourist and residential area with beaches, lagoons, restaurants/ bars, nightclubs, banks, shops, cinema, theater, supermarkets, schools, diving centers, kite-surfing; in addition to a fantastic marina.

The location enjoys a comfortable journeys on foot.

There are also transportation options include tuk-tuks, which are mini-taxis that cost 50 EGP (around 1 EUR or 1 USD) for up to 3 passengers, available to and from any location in El Gouna.

Additionally, there are car rental offices like SIXT and others in El Gouna, as well as bike and bicycle rentals, such as "Crystal Bike," located in downtown.

Important Note:

Mangroovy does not allow mixed Egyptian or Arab couples to stay together in the same apartment. Foreign guests, however, are welcome. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay.
